Ventilation & Safety System
To ensure operator safety, the workstation is equipped with a high-efficiency down-draft ventilation system utilizing air-water separation technology. The exhaust airflow reaches 1500–2000 m³/h with a face velocity of at least 0.8 m/s, effectively removing formalin fumes and airborne contaminants.
In addition, the laminar fresh air supply system delivers no less than 600 m³/h of clean air, creating a top-supply and bottom-exhaust airflow pattern that protects the operator’s breathing zone.
Moreover, the integrated UV sterilization system provides irradiation intensity of at least 1300 mW/m² and supports timer-controlled disinfection for improved contamination control.
Digital Imaging & Monitoring
The workstation incorporates an integrated grossing imaging system for real-time specimen photography, documentation, and digital pathology workflow management. Furthermore, a 22-inch Full HD monitor with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 provides clear image display and convenient data review.
To further improve laboratory safety, the environmental monitoring system continuously monitors formaldehyde concentration, PM2.5, TVOC, air pressure, airflow velocity, and airflow volume in real time.
Additionally, the formalin dispensing system supports infrared sensing, automatic filling and replenishment, liquid level monitoring, alarm functions, and integrated formalin storage.
Ergonomic Design & Accessories
The electric height adjustment system allows optional lifting ranges of 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, or 400 mm. In addition, remote-control operation enables quick and convenient workstation adjustment for different users and specimen types.
The workstation is also equipped with a bone tissue grinding device for efficient processing of hard tissue specimens. Furthermore, a retractable faucet, side spray cleaning system, and instant hot water faucet simplify daily cleaning procedures.
For enhanced usability, the system includes a magnetic tool holder, laser-engraved measuring grossing board, waterproof power outlets, integrated LED lighting, and a 4.3-inch touchscreen control panel with multi-level fan speed adjustment.
